The monochrome images and humorous motifs create an indescribable daydream-like world. == 外を歩くと、不意に何気ない風景の一片が、自ずと立ち上がって見えてくることがある。景色と観測者との関係性が逆転する瞬間は、社会を包みこむ様々な意識から外れる瞬間でもある。 圏外に意識を持って行くことで、あらゆるバイアスから抜け出すことが可能になるだろうか？メディアが可能にする表面的なやりとりを噛みしめて、外部から受容した感覚を解釈し編集し、表出する。未消化な部分には脚色や仮定を混ぜながら。 そのためには、与えられた環境や空間を吟味し巻き込んで、できるだけ浅はかでいる必要があった。 （TOKAS-Emerging 2019での個展『圏外からの景色』のためのテキストより） Walking outside, a slice of the ordinary landscape can suddenly rise up on its own and come into view. The moment when the relationship between the landscape and the observer is reversed is also the moment when we are out of the various consciousnesses that envelop society. Is it possible to escape from all kinds of biases by taking our consciousness out of the sphere? We chew on the superficial exchanges that the media allows, interpreting, editing and expressing externally accepted sensations. The undigested parts are mixed with adaptations and assumptions. In order to do so, it was necessary to examine and involve the given environment and space, and to be as shallow as possible.
